Vector S.p.A.,  located in Via Redipuglia, 7, 21053 Castellanza (Va) - data controller on the European Data Processing Regulation (GDPR 2016/679)- processes personal data in full compliance with current privacy legislation - New European Regulation GDPR 2016/679.

The computer systems (and software procedures) used by this website, collect, during their normal operation and for the sole duration of the connection, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

All this information are not collected to be associated with identified interested users, but for their own composition, if processed and associated with data held by third parties, they could allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT.

 

These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to verify responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site and for checks in the event of any disputes.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to any addresses indicated on this site authorizes subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to answer the questions, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

Personal data is processed automatically for the time strictly necessary to allow easy browsing on this website and to produce statistics on visits and access to the site, according to anonymous and aggregate data management methods.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Recipients of personal data

Personal data will not be publicly disclosed but will be communicated to specifically identified subjects as data processors (internal / external) and appointed to report directly to the  Data Controller. The internal and external personnel are entitled to the processing within the limits of the competences attributed and in accordance with the instructions given by the Data Controller.

Transfer of personal data to third countries

At this stage, the Data Controller does not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU.

Automated decision-making processes

The Data Controller does not carry out-processing consisting of automated decision-making processes on the data managed.

Rights of interested parties

The user / interested party may exercise, at any time, his rights as foreseen by European Regulation GDPR 2016/679 by writing an e-mail to: Massimo Benussi (benussi.massimo@vectorspa.it).

The rights that the interested party can exercise are the following:

  • to obtain confirmation that his personal data is being processed or not and, whether  and if it is being processed to obtain access to personal data and to all the information required by the art. 15 of the GDPR,
  • to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him, without unjustified delay. Considering the purposes of the processing, he have the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, even providing a supplementary statement
  • to obtain the cancellation of personal data concerning him without unjustified delay,
  • to obtain the limitation of the processing, on the occurrence of one of the hypotheses provided by art. 18 of the GDPR,
  • to receive in a clear, structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, the personal data concerning him provided to the company writing
  • to oppose at any time, for reasons connected with his particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him according to  Article 6, paragraph 1, letters e) or f) of the GDPR. In this case the company will refrain from further processing the personal data except for the existence of legitimate cogent reasons to proceed with the processing which prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the interested party or as an alternative for the assessment, exercise or defense of a right in court
  • not to suffer the consequences of  a decision, which produces legal effects that concern him or as an alternative that significantly affects his person, based exclusively on automated processing

Finally, the user / interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the state of residence
